Connect With God

Build Your Testimony...

and deepen your conversions through actual firesides, personal and group scripture study, and ponder time in the great outdoors away from worldly distractions.

Your physical journey through the wilderness will help you better understand your mortal journey in this life.

As we put our trust in the ropes and gear we will be using, we will better learn how to put our trust in Heavenly Father and the Savior.

No matter where you are on your spiritual Journey you will meet guides, and counselors who will love you unconditionally and help you on your path.

At the start of our journey we will be strangers. As we reach our destinations we will have become lifelong friends

Why Wilderness Adventures?

Who Are We?

Wilderness Experiences for Youth is a weeklong wilderness adventure camp for LDS teens ages 16-18.

What is Our Goal?

To help youth understand and rely on the teachings of Jesus Christ through wilderness experiences.

Wilderness Adventure

All things denote there is a God (alma 30:44) and all things testify of the Savior. (Moses 6:63) As the youth begin to see the hand of God in his creations and through outdoor experiences we belive they will begin to see the Hand of God in all aspects of life.

I Can do Hard Things!

The youth have a lot of “mountains to climb” in their future. Missions, college, work, relationships, questions etc.. There will be times where they want to quit. It will be hard. We have intentionally designed this program to be hard. Our hope is that as they complete these hard experiences they will begin to see and understand that they can do hard things without giving up! (Philippians 4:13)
